We are pleased to offer unique breakfasts prepared fresh for you in our kitchen each morning. Your day begins with a starter of fresh fruit or yogurt, a variety of juices, teas, locally-roasted coffee, followed by a savory or sweet main entrée. We prepare breakfast using seasonal ingredients sourced by a community supported agriculture farm, local farmers’ markets, and other area producers. Each morning’s menu is chosen by the innkeepers. Sample menus are listed below. With advance notice, we are happy to accommodate gluten-sensitive, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requests. Please note our kitchen is not allergen free. We take precautions as much as possible, but kindly remember there is always a risk of cross contamination. Allergens include nuts, dairy, wheat, soy.

  • Vegetable Frittata – New Century Farm organic eggs, roasted Harmony Valley Farm sweet potato, parsnip, swiss chard, garlic scape, red pepper, Babcock Hall havarti cheese
  • Ribbons of Nueske’s thick sliced applewood smoked bacon
  • Spring mix, fresh organic greens tossed in blush wine vinaigrette
  • Home-baked blueberry scone

french toast
  • Honey yogurt parfait, fresh sliced strawberries, plump blueberries, local maple pecan granola
  • Stuffed French Toast – thick sliced challah filled with Wisconsin cranberries, vanilla-cinnamon-brown sugar batter, topped with fresh raspberries, blueberries, powdered sugar drizzle, Wisconsin maple syrup
  • Jones Dairy Farm golden brown all-natural turkey sausage links
